We named our company Rad Registered Agents because as Gen Xers we haven’t quite gotten past 80s slang and because we think it describes us to a T. Sure, we can try to be hip and say our registered agent and business formation services “slap,” but we’re not 20-year-olds in tight jeans and cool haircuts.
